  •   Private Tours: Tour details, custom itineraries, and guide rates provided by Egypt Guide 1 are tailored for private archaeological and cultural excursions in Egypt (including Cairo, Giza, Saqqara, Alexandria, and Fayoum).
  •   Inquiries: Submitting an inquiry or booking request through the site or direct channels (e.g., WhatsApp) does not constitute a confirmed booking until agreed upon directly with Egyptologist Mohamed Hussein or authorized representatives.

7. Payment & Booking Policy

  • Flexible Payment Options: Payments can be settled via direct bank transfer using your preferred digital banking app (e.g., Wise, Revolut, or online banking) or in cash (USD, EUR, or EGP) on the day of the tour.
  • Booking Confirmation: Pre-payment via direct bank transfer is recommended to lock in and secure your preferred tour dates on our official schedule.
  • Confirmation Receipt: Once an online transfer is initiated, kindly provide a confirmation receipt or transfer details via email or WhatsApp to complete your booking record.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Full refund for tour cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or failure to show up (no-show), are non-refundable.

Processing Fees: Any third-party transfer or bank processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by the sending/receiving banking provider.
